It looks like this was put in by the software designer into the menu but has no function whatsover so very sloppy programming, Some parts of the suite get updated in new version but others are leftovers from years ago complete with bugs. Nero Video Review Nero Video is decent video editing software. try to find help in their oneline help system - there is practically NOTHING for cover design and certainly nothing to cover specific problems. The menu has a add/remove page function but refuses to function. However trying to create a custom template and add extra pages (items) is impossible. eg Their cover designer is fairly competent but a bit clunky. Absolutely abysmal - in fact generally totally useless in some cases. 2) some of the bundled programs work but others (this past year a so called internet TV app) has such limited usefulness they are not worth it, 3) Help system in apps. Their whole subscription model is very flawed and very annoying. It comes up saying it is checking subscription and refuses to start- It says close down to check subscription and restart - but it does the same thing again - never tells you if the subscription is valid or expired - yet individual elements will load but the opening menu wont - goes in this endless loop of checking subscription but not giving the status. With this i have tried today to start it using the main menu button. It is supposed to alert you before but doesn't always. It has improved in many ways but in other ways can be horribly irritating/ 1) Their year on subscription service- I usually but it when on sale - bit twice now I have been caught out by its auto renewal charge (at full price) You have to remember to turn off auto renewal. I have used Nero software for many years.
